Who handles your enquiry

EveryCity Stays is an enquiry website for Hotel Santosh Residency and Hotel Santosh Castle in Hyderabad. Enquiries are coordinated through the owner contact at everycitystays@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect:

• Your name and 10-digit mobile number.
• Your selected hotel, stay dates, expected check-in time, guest count, and room preference.
• Any optional notes you choose to provide.
• The enquiry reference, submission time, selected contact channel, and enquiry status.
• Your acknowledgement that you have read the guest ID and local address policy.
• Email replies connected with the enquiry when email is used.

Advertising measurement

With your permission, the website uses the Google tag and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether an advertisement leads a visitor to proceed with a room enquiry by email or WhatsApp. This helps us measure advertising performance.

Google may process advertising interaction identifiers, consent status, and limited browser, device, page, network, and approximate location information. We also send the non-identifying enquiry reference as a transaction ID so repeated actions for the same enquiry are not counted more than once.

The conversion event does not send your name, mobile number, hotel, stay dates, room preference, guest count, notes, or prepared email or WhatsApp message to Google.

You can allow or reject advertising measurement in the notice shown on the website and change your selection later through Privacy choices in the footer. When measurement is rejected, Google Consent Mode may still receive limited, cookieless signals about consent and basic site activity. Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy.

How we use the information

• To send the enquiry to the appropriate hotel contact.
• To check availability and respond with a final rate.
• To track whether an enquiry was answered or confirmed.
• To prevent spam, repeated abuse, and fraudulent submissions.
• To resolve questions or disputes relating to the enquiry.

Who receives the information

The owner receives a record of every website enquiry. The relevant hotel manager or authorised staff member may receive the details needed to answer it. Google Apps Script, Gmail, and Google Sheets are used to route and store enquiry records. When advertising measurement is enabled, Google Ads receives the limited conversion information described above.

If you choose WhatsApp, email, or Google Maps, those external services process your activity under their own privacy terms.

Storage and retention

Enquiry records are kept in owner-controlled Google services with access limited to people who need them for hotel operations. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer enquiries, manage confirmed stays, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete enquiry information by emailing the address below and including the enquiry reference when available. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.

Children's information

The enquiry form is intended for adults arranging accommodation. Please provide only the number of children travelling and any essential stay requirement. Do not submit unnecessary personal details about a child.

Policy changes

This page may be updated when the booking process, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest revision date will be shown at the top.
